Stipulation to Dismiss Petition to Review

WHEREAS, the above named petitioner did on March 24, 1945, file with this Court a petition to review an order to cease and desist entered by the above named respondent on January 23, 1945.

AND WHEREAS, the said respondent, the Federal Trade Commission, did on July 6, 1945, vacate and set aside said order to cease and desist and did on August 19, 1947, dismiss the complaint in the same proceeding in which said order to cease and desist was entered.

NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the parties to the above entitled action by and through their respective attorneys that the Court may without further notice dismiss said petition to review filed as aforesaid on March 24, 1945.
