Order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated May 10, 1967, which adjudged appellant to be a juvenile delinquent and placed him on probation for two years, reversed, on the law and the facts, without costs, and petition dismissed on the merits. The evidence was insufficient as a matter of law to sustain the petition.
