In a habeas corpus proceeding, relator appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, entered June 18, 1963, which dismissed the writ and remanded him to respondent's custody. Judgment affirmed, without costs. (People v. Porter, 14 N.Y.2d 785.) Christ, Acting P.J., Brennan, Hill, Hopkins and Benjamin, JJ., concur.
