Appeal, by permission of an Associate Judge of the Court of Appeals, from judgment of the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court in the First Judicial Department, entered June 12, 1969, which affirmed a judgment of the Criminal Court of the City of New York (Milton Shalleck, J., at time of conviction; Maurice W. Grey, J., at time of sentence), rendered in New York County, convicting defendants of the crime of possession of gambling records in the second degree (Penal Law, ยง 225.15).
