HAYS, J.: This cause came on to be heard upon the amended application of the National Labor Relations Board for the enforcement of a certain order issued by it against the Respondent R. D. Cortina Co., Inc., its officers, agents, successors, and assigns on April 11, 1968, and reaffirmed November 24, 1969. The Court heard argument of respective counsel on January 19, 1971, and has considered the briefs and transcript of record filed in this cause. On January 19, 1971, the Court, being fully advised in the premises, handed down its decision granting enforcement of the Board's said order as reaffirmed.

On Consideration Whereof, it is hereby ordered and adjudged by the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit that the said order of the National Labor Relations Board, as reaffirmed, be enforced, and that R. D. Cortina Co., Inc., its officers, agents, successors, and assigns abide by and perform the directions of the Board in said Order, as reaffirmed.

It Is Further Ordered that costs shall be taxed against the Respondent.
