Judgment

KAUFMAN, C.J.: This cause came on to be heard upon a petition to review, filed by International Association of Heat and Frost Insulators and Asbestos Workers, Local No. 12, AFL-CIO and a cross-application for enforcement of an order of the National Labor Relations Board, dated September 3, 1971, against the Petitioner, its officers, agents, and representatives. The Court heard argument of respective counsel on February 29, 1972, and at the conclusion of oral argument handed down its decision denying the Union's petition to review and granting enforcement of the Board's said Order.

Ordered and adjudged by the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit that the said order of the National Labor Relations Board in said proceeding be enforced, and that the Petitioner, International Association of Heat and Frost Insulators and Asbestos Workers, Local No. 12, AFL-CIO, its officers, agents, and representatives abide by and perform the directions of the Board in said order contained.

It is further ordered that costs shall be taxed against Petitioner.
