ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY, PETITIONER
v.
NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD, RESPONDENT.

Before WATERMAN, HAYS, and FEINBERG, Circuit Judges.

Per Curiam: This cause came on to be heard upon the petitions of Allstate Insurance Company, and Local 365, United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America, International Union, to review an order of the National Labor Relations Board issued on March 12, 1974, against petitioner in No. 74-1361, and upon cross-application of the National Labor Relations Board to enforce said order. The Court heard argument of respective counsel on January 21, 1975, and at the conclusion of oral argument handed down its decision granting enforcement of the Board's order and denying the petitions to review.

On consideration whereof, it is hereby ordered and adjudged by the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit that the petitions to review be denied, the said order of the National Labor Relations Board in said proceeding be enforced, and that Allstate Insurance Company, its officers, agents, successors, and assigns, abide by and perform the directions of the Board in said order contained.

It is further ordered that costs in No. 74-1361 shall be taxed against the Petitioner.
