NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD, PETITIONER
DEE KNITTING MILLS, INC., ET AL., RESPONDENTS.
Before FRIENDLY, MANSFIELD and TIMBERS, Circuit Judges.
Per Curiam: This cause came on to be heard upon an application of the National Labor Relations Board for enforcement of a certain order issued by it against Respondents, Dee Knitting Mills, Inc., Dippy Knits, Inc., and Three D Knitting Mills, Inc., Farmingdale, New York, its officers, agents, successors, and assigns on November 19, 1974. The Court heard argument of respective counsel on October 21, 1975, and at the conclusion of oral argument handed down its decision granting enforcement of the Board's order. In conformity therewith it is hereby.
Ordered and Adjudged by the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit that the said order of the National Labor Relations Board in said proceeding be enforced, and that the Respondents, Dee Knitting Mills, Inc., Dippy Knits, Inc., and Three D Knitting Mills, Inc., Farmingdale, New York, its officers, agents, successors, and assigns, abide by and perform the directions of the Board in said order contained.
It is further Ordered that costs shall be taxed against the Respondent.
