Appeal by Robert Golden, a bankrupt, from an order of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Edward Weinfeld, Judge, affirming an order of Roy Babbitt, Bankruptcy Judge, dismissing Golden's complaint. The complaint sought judgment that a December, 1974 Family Court judgment against Golden was not alimony or support within the meaning of § 17(a)(7) of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C. § 35(a)(7). Affirmed.
