NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD, PETITIONER
v.
ADAMS IRON WORKS, INC., RESPONDENT.

Before FEINBERG, MOORE and MESKILL, Circuit Judges.

Per Curiam: This cause came on to be heard upon the application of the National Labor Relations Board for enforcement of its order issued against the Respondent, Adams Iron Works, Inc., Brooklyn, New York, its officers, agents, successors, and assigns, on October 23, 1975. The Court heard argument on November 4, 1976, and at the conclusion of oral argument handed down its decision granting enforcement of the Board's order without prejudice to any bona fide defense of inability Respondent may have to compliance with the terms thereof.

On consideration whereof, it is hereby ordered and adjudged by the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit that the said order of the National Labor Relations Board in said proceeding be enforced, and that Respondent, Adams Iron Workers, Inc., Brooklyn, New York, its officers, agents, successors, and assigns, abide by and perform the directions of the Board in said order contained, without prejudice to any bona fide defense of inability Respondent may have to compliance with the terms thereof.

It Is Further Ordered and Adjudged by the Court that costs shall be taxed against the Respondent.
