MANSFIELD, C.J.: This cause came on to be heard upon a petition filed by Communications Workers of America, Local 1122, to review an order of the National Labor Relations Board issued against said Petitioner, its officers, agents, and representatives on September 23, 1976, and upon a cross-application filed by the National Labor Relations Board to enforce said Order. The Court heard argument of respective counsel on June 6, 1977, has considered the briefs and transcript of record filed in this cause and at the conclusions of oral argument, handed down its decision granting enforcement of the Board's Order.

On consideration whereof, it is ordered and adjudged by the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit that the said order of the National Labor Relations Board in said proceeding be enforced, and that Petitioner, Communications Workers of America, Local 1122, its officers, agents, and representatives, abide by and perform the directions of the Board in said order contained.

It is further Ordered that costs shall be taxed against the Petitioner.
