Appeal from the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

It is hereby ordered that the injunction against the voting by Curtiss-Wright Corporation of the shares and proxies it now holds at the May 2 annual meeting of Kennecott Copper Corporation issued by the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Lloyd F. MacMahon, Judge, be and it hereby is stayed, but no further action shall be taken as a result of the meeting, and the tenure of the present incumbent board of directors shall continue, until the issues herein involved are resolved on appeal. Appeal is expedited to the earliest week in May or June that the case may be heard.
