ON CONSIDERATION WHEREOF, it is now hereby ordered, adjudged, and decreed that the decision entered November 7, 1978 of said The Tax Court of the United States be and it hereby is AFFIRMED for the reasons stated in the well-considered opinion of Judge Tannenwald, T.C. Memo. 1978-351 (September 7, 1978). There is no substance to appellant's claim that he was denied a fair trial. The record as a whole demonstrates that the trial was fairly conducted.
