Gilroy Daly, District Judge, ordering the Commissioner of the Department of Social Services of the State of Connecticut to promulgate new standards to determine benefits paid by the state Department of Income Maintenance to "families of one" under the Aid To Families With Dependent Children program, 42 U.S.C. § 601, et seq. (1976), the Court of Appeals affirmed on the opinion of Judge Daly reported at 485 F. Supp. 1264. Affirmed.
