At a stated Term of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, held at the United States Courthouse in the City of New York, on the 10 day of October one thousand nine hundred and eighty.

It is hereby ordered that the motion made herein by counsel for the NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD by notice of motion dated December 19, 1978 to adjudge respondents Vanguard Oil and Service, Inc. and Vanco Heating, Plumbing and Welding Co. and Ken Butler and Carl Willacy in civil contempt be and it hereby is granted on the basis of the Report and Recommendation of United States Magistrate A. Simon Chrein, No. 75-4222, 77-4114 (Sept. 2, 1980).

It is further ordered that the relief recommended by the Magistrate at pp. 52-57 of his report be and it hereby is granted.
