We affirm the decision of the Merit Systems Protection Board (board) which, having granted review of its presiding official's initial decision, reversed the same and sustained the action of the respondent Securities and Exchange Commission in removing petitioner from his position of Securities Compliance Examiner (GS-13), at the agency's Boston Regional Office. 29 M.S.P.R. 193 (1985).
