Appeal from the judgment of Robert W. Sweet, Judge, United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, granting appellees' motions for summary judgment on the ground that the challenged Pan American pilot seniority scheme was as a matter of law exempt from the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. ยง 623 et seq. Affirmed.
