FINANCIAL NEWS NETWORK, DEFENDANT-APPELLANT
Appeal from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Edward Weinfeld, Judge) awarding plaintiffs damages in the amount of $80,077.50 for defendant's breach of a sublease of commercial office space. Affirmed.
Before: Van Graafeiland, Winter and Mahoney, Circuit Judges
We affirm for substantially the reasons stated by Judge Weinfeld in his opinions of May 15, 1987, 660 F. Supp. 1381 (S.D.N.Y. 1987), and of June 4, 1987.
Appellees' request for an award of post-judgment fees and other costs is not before us on this appeal and is therefore denied.
