PRETRIAL ORDER NO. 131
(Oral Argument on Motion to Exclude Expert Opinions on "Silent" Liver Injury)
The Court will hold oral argument on defendants' Motion to Exclude Expert Opinions on "Silent" Liver Injury on April 18, 2003 at 9 a.m.
Each side will have ten minutes to address the legal standard by which the motion ought to be decided. The Court then will hear argument seriatim as to each of the challenged expert reports. With respect to each expert report, the defendants will have up to ten minutes per expert, followed by up to ten minutes per expert for the plaintiffs to respond, after which the defendants will have up to five minutes of rebuttal time per expert. Each side will be given ten minutes for concluding remarks.
At this time, the Court will not entertain oral argument on defendants' Motion to Limit the Testimony of Plaintiffs' Experts on Issues Other than Silent Injury.
