ORDER

The Court will conduct a hearing on defendant's pending motion on April 22, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. If defendant intends to call any witnesses, he shall so advise plaintiff and give plaintiff their identities no later than April 15, 2003. If plaintiff intends to call witnesses, it shall identify them to defendant no later than April 18, 2003.
