The above-captioned action is related to a Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceeding currently pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, In re: Worldcom, Inc., et al., Case No. 02-13533 (AJG). Under a standing order issued on July 10, 1984, all civil proceedings arising in, or relating to, cases under Title 11 are to be automatically referred to the bankruptcy court. This case is therefore referred to the United States Bankruptcy Court, whereupon plaintiffs' motion for remand will be decided.
