ORDER

It is hereby

ORDERED that the parties (including their principals to the extent required by Judge Pitman) shall participate in a settlement conference with Judge Pitman by April 30, 2003; it is further

ORDERED, that counsel shall contact Judge Pitman's chambers promptly to schedule the conference; it is further ORDERED, that if the case is not settled and the parties have not agreed to proceed for all purposes before Judge Pitman, counsel shall appear before the undersigned on May 23, 2003 at 4:30 p.m. for a final pretrial conference, in Courtroom 444, United States Courthouse, 40 Foley Square, NY, N.Y. 10007 and the case will thereafter be placed on the Court's list of cases ready for trial on 48-hours' notice; and it is further

ORDERED, that Respondents' application to extend the July 20, 2000 deadline for dispositive motions so as to permit an application for dismissal for improper service is denied.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
