PRETRIAL ORDER NO. 133 (Oral Argument on Motion to Exclude Expert Opinions on "Silent" Liver Injury)
On November 15, 2002, the Court informed counsel that oral argument on the Daubert motions would take place, if at all, on April 18, 2003 and that any evidentiary hearing thereon would take place in May 2003. Tr., Nov. 15, 2002, at 33, 35. No objection was made then or subsequently until today.

On April 3, 2003, the Court issued an order confirming the April 18 date and setting the structure of the argument. Today the Court received a joint motion of defendants' and the PEC asking that the argument be reset in light of the April 16-17 Passover holiday and the fact that April 18 is Good Friday.

The motion is granted. The argument is postponed until April 23, 2003 at 9:00 a.m.

SO ORDERED.
