PRETRIAL ORDER NO. 134 (Oral Argument on Motion to Exclude Expert Opinions on "Silent" Liver Injury)
The Court has considered further the structure of the oral argument on this motion. Pretrial Order No. 131 is revised as follows:

Each side will have up to 60 minutes to present such argument as it thinks appropriate with respect to the admissibility of the challenged expert testimony in general. Following the completion of that portion of the proceedings, the Court will entertain argument specifically addressed to individual experts. In any case, the argument will conclude by the lunch break.
