ORDER

The Court has considered thoroughly Defendants Finest and Ponica's motion pursuant to Rule 72(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for an order reversing paragraph 8 of Magistrate Judge Fox's December 2, 2002 Order directing those Defendants to produce a 37-page attorney opinion letter of Defendants' lawyers. Judge Fox's determination was neither clearly erroneous nor contrary to law. Accordingly, the motion is denied.
