ORDER

For reasons stated on the record in open court, to be supplemented by additional findings of fact and conclusions of law, it is hereby ORDERED, as follows:

1. Defendant Bremont's motion to vacate the prior order finding him in contempt and for other relief is denied.
2. The stay of the December 5, 2002 order, which directed Bremont's incarceration to coerce compliance with the Final Judgment herein, is dissolved.
3. Defendant Bremont is remanded to the custody of the United States Marshal pending further order of the Court.
