April 23, 2003

TRACY UTSEY, PLAINTIFF, AGAINST AMERICAN BIBLE SOCIETY, ET ANO., DEFENDANTS.

The opinion of the court was delivered by: Lewis A. Kaplan, United States District Judge

ORDER

The individual practices of the undersigned and the consent scheduling order in this case require the submission of a joint pretrial order in a prescribed form. The parties have disregarded both, each submitting its own proposed pretrial order.

Absent the filing, on or before April 28, 2003, of a joint pretrial order in the prescribed form, the attorneys are to show cause why they should not be sanctioned pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 16 and the inherent power of the Court for their disregard of its requirements.
