ORDER & OPINION & OPINION

WHEREAS the Court issued an Opinion and Order in the above-captioned matter on May 7, 2003, that awarded damages for economic losses and pain and suffering to the estates of Timothy Soulas and George Eric Smith and damages for loss of solatium to their heirs; and

WHEREAS this Amended Order will correct certain errors in the conclusion to that order; it is

ORDERED that Timothy Soulas's estate is awarded $2.5 million for his pain and suffering; and it is further

ORDERED that Raymond Alexander Smith, George Eric Smith's father, is awarded $1 million for solatium and Raymond Anthony Smith, George Eric Smith's brother, is awarded $250,000.

SO ORDERED.
