ORDER

A default was taken in this case and the matter referred to Magistrate Judge Francis for an inquest. By report and recommendation dated May 13, 2003, Judge Francis recommended the entry of judgment for plaintiff for statutory damages of $10,000 plus attorney's fees and costs of $1,057 for a total of $11,057. No objections were filed.

The Court adopts the report and recommendation. The Clerk shall enter judgment for plaintiff and against defendant in the amount of $11,057 and close the case.
