ORDER

WHEREAS, the Court entered judgment on March 17, 2003 in accordance with Defendant's Offer of Judgment; and WHEREAS, the Court retained jurisdiction for the purpose of determining reasonable attorneys' and reimbursement of expenses; it is hereby ORDERED, that the Court finds reasonable Plaintiff's attorneys' fees and costs incurred as detailed in the unopposed submission dated March 20, 2003; and it is further ORDERED, that Plaintiff is awarded $1,450.00 in attorneys' fees and $250.00 in costs in accordance with the judgment entered on March 17, 2003.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
