MARIO VALENTE COLLEZIONI v. CONFEZIONI SEMERARO PAOLO

United States District Court, Southern District of New York

June 12, 2003

MARIO VALENTE COLLEZIONI, LTD., PLAINTIFF, AGAINST CONFEZIONI SEMERARO PAOLO, S.R.L., ET AL., DEFENDANTS.

The opinion of the court was delivered by: Lewis A. Kaplan, District Judge

ORDER

Plaintiff's motion to hold Jacob Siegel Co. ("Siegel") and Idea Uomo in contempt of court [docket item 73] was withdrawn as to Idea Uomo on the record on May 29, 2003. In a bench decision on that date, the Court granted the motion as to Siegel to the extent of holding that Siegel committed a civil contempt of court by violating a restraining notice but deferred determination of relief pending the completion of proceedings in a related case before Judge Stein. Accordingly, the Clerk shall mark the motion [docket item 73] as resolved subject to the right of the plaintiff to renew the motion insofar as it relates to relief upon the completion of the related proceedings.

SO ORDERED.
