On December 30, 2003, plaintiffs in this Individual WorldCom Action
moved for leave to serve and file an amended complaint pursuant to Rule
15. Plaintiffs' notice of motion and memorandum of law in support of that
motion contained different, but incorrect docket numbers. In addition,
plaintiffs' motion papers included incorrect parties in the caption. It is
also noted that the docket number on this Court's Order dated July 23,
2003, should read No. 03 Civ. 2841.
Plaintiffs in this Individual WorldCom Action having moved on December
30, 2003, for leave to serve and file an amended complaint pursuant to
Rule 15, it is hereby
ORDERED that any opposition to the plaintiffs' motion is due January
16, 2004; and any reply is due January 23.
