ORDER

On December 19, 2003, the plaintiff Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County ("Nashville") served a response to a motion to dismiss that requested the Court to consider in the first instance Nashville's motion to dismiss its own action on the condition that it be permitted to participate in the class action. Nashville did not provide any substantive response to the motion to dismiss, which had been made on December 2. It is hereby

ORDERED that Nashville's response to the motion to dismiss shall be served and filed by January 23, 2004. Any reply shall Page 2 be served and filed by January 27, 2004. Two courtesy copies of the papers shall be provided to Chambers at the time of service.
