ORDER

This Court's January 30, 2004 Memorandum Opinion and Order relating to 03 Civ. 7297 and 03 Civ. 4500 recited in footnote 2 that "[i]t does not appear that the [plaintiffs in 03 Civ. 4500] renewed their motion to remand their action. As a result, and pursuant to prior scheduling orders, it has been forfeited." As plaintiffs in the above captioned matter have correctly noted, a motion for remand was renewed and denied in an Opinion and Order of July 23, 2003. Accordingly, it is hereby

ORDERED that footnote 2 in the January 30 Memorandum Opinion and Order is null and void.

  SO ORDERED.
