IN RE AUCTION HOUSES ANTITRUST LITIGATION This Document Relates to: All Cases
The opinion of the court was delivered by: LEWIS KAPLAN, District Judge
The Court has before it a motion of Class Law, Solicitors, for relief
which, if granted, might result in additional liability for attorneys'
fees. It is not aware whether sufficient funds remain to pay any such
award without affecting the rights of Class Members who have been or
might hereafter be paid pursuant to the settlement. Accordingly, before
the Court considers the motion, it needs additional information.
Lead Counsel is directed to file, no later than April 14, 2004, a
status report as of February 29, 2004, on the administration of the
settlement The report shall detail receipts by and disbursements made
from the Settlement Fund from June 1, 2003 through February 29, 2004,
including the dates and amounts of disbursements, Payments to individual
claimants, however, may be aggregated for each date on which such
disbursements were made. In no case need the identity of individual
claimants be reflected.
