ORDER

On March 23, 2004, an Order To Show Cause was issued on defendants' application to coordinate proceedings in the above-captioned action (the "Alabama Action") pending in state court with the proceedings in the Securities Litigation. On March 26, plaintiff in the Alabama Action requested an extension of time to oppose this application. For the reasons stated on the record during a March 26 telephone conference with plaintiff's counsel in the Alabama Action and counsel for the Underwriter Defendants, it is hereby

ORDERED that plaintiff's opposition to defendants' application is to be submitted by April 6 at 2:00 p.m; any reply is due April 9 at 12:00 p.m.

  IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties will be heard as to why an order should not be issued pursuant to the All Writs Act, Page 2 28 U.S.C. ยง 1651, on April 13 at 9:30 a.m. in the United States Courthouse, 500 Pearl Street, New York, New York, in Courtroom 11B.
