OPINION

Plaintiff pro se has brought this action under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. ยง 2000e-2000e(17), as amended, against the defendant Union Local 79, claiming discrimination based on race. On August 8, 2002, defendant moved for summary judgment. The court granted plaintiff several extensions for filing opposition papers. The latest extension was granted on December 20, 2002, extending plaintiffs time to file opposition papers to February 6, 2003. To date no opposition papers have been received by the court.Defendants' motion for summary judgment is granted, and the action is dismissed.
