In accordance with its Order dated July 9, 2003, the court has
reexamined the bond amount posted as security in this matter. After
having reconsidered the parties' respective arguments, the court ORDERS, plaintiff, Norbrook Laboratories Limited ("Norbrook"), to post
a bond in the amount of $4,000,000.00, a $2,400,000.00 increase over the
previous total bond amount, as security for the court's entry of a
preliminary injunction against defendant, G.C. Hanford Manufacturing
Company. Norbrook is to post the bond in a manner consistent with Local
Rule 65.1.1(b). The bond shall be made to retroactively take effect on
April 5, 2004, and shall remain in effect for ninety-five days until
Friday, July 9, 2004, at which time the court will again reexamine the
bond and take any further action if necessary.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
