ORDER

On March 30, 2004, four of the plaintiffs in the above captioned Individual Action — Alameda-Contra Costa Transit Employees' Retirement Plan, Mendocino County Employees' Retirement Association, San Diego Employees' Retirement Association, and San Francisco City and County Employees' Retirement System ("Four Plaintiffs") — moved to voluntarily dismiss their complaint without prejudice pursuant to Rule 41, Fed.R. Civ. P., on the condition that they be permitted to remain members of the class for all claims asserted in the class action. For the reasons stated in the Opinion of January 26, 2004, and pursuant to Orders of January 26 and April 12, 2004, it is hereby ORDERED that the Four Plaintiffs' motion to dismiss their complaint voluntarily on the condition that they participate in the WorldCom consolidated class action is granted.

SO ORDERED.
