The opinion of the court was delivered by: LEWIS KAPLAN, District Judge

ORDER

WHEREAS, with the defendant HILLARY WALKER FOWLER's consent, his guilty plea allocution was taken before a Magistrate Judge on February 27, 2004; WHEREAS, with the defendant JORGE QUINONES' consent/ his guilty plea allocution was taken before a Magistrate Judge on February 27, 2004;

WHEREAS, transcripts of each of the allocutions were made;

  WHEREAS, upon review of the transcripts, this Court has determined that the defendants HILLARY WALKER FOWLER, JORGE QUINONES, entered guilty pleas knowingly and voluntarily and that there is a factual basis for each guilty plea;

  IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the defendants guilty pleas are accepted.
