ORDER

Having received the Government's May 3, 2004 letter containing its request to embargo six witnesses in addition to the seven embargoed through the Opinion and Order of April 15, 2004 ("April 15 Opinion"), it is hereby

ORDERED that depositions of all witnesses as to whom the Government had requested an embargo may proceed except for the seven witnesses covered by the April 15 Opinion and the six witnesses identified in the Government's May 3 letter.

  IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, to the extent parties wish to be heard regarding the opportunity to depose the six witnesses identified in the May 3 letter, they will be heard at a conference to be scheduled for May 7.

  SO ORDERED.
