ORDER

For reasons stated on the record in open court this day:

1. Defendant Mebane's pretrial motion is denied in all respects.
2. Defendant Roberts' pretrial motion is denied in all respects save that the Court will conduct an evidentiary hearing on June 17, 2004 at 9:30 a.m. on so much of the motion as seeks to suppress any post-arrest statements by defendant.

  SO ORDERED.
