A Jury Trial before the Honorable Lewis A. Kaplan, United States District Judge, having begun on May 10, 2004; the Court having dismissed the action as to the plaintiffs' mothers, Dawn Dugan Bleecker and Balia Gonzalez; the Court also having dismissed the case against the Yonkers Police Department; and at the conclusion of the trial, the Court having granted defendant's motion for judgment as a matter of law pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 50, it is,

ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED: That the action is hereby dismissed; accordingly, the case is closed.
