ORDER

The Court having conducted a conference with counsel this day, it is hereby

ORDERED, as follows:

  1. The objections of Continental Casualty Company ("CCC") to the First Sets of Interrogatories and Requests for Production of Documents of W.R. Grace & Co.-Conn. ("Grace") are overruled. CCC shall produce all documents requested and answer all interrogatories contained therein no later than June 4, 2004. Any material failure to comply with this order may result in the imposition of sanctions, which may be case dispositive.

  2. The sites with respect to which Grace may claim recover are limited as stated on the record of the conference.

  3. The schedule is modified in the following respects:

(a) Fact discovery shall be completed no later than July 30, 2004.
(b) Expert reports shall be served no later than August 11, 2004.
(c) Any rebuttal expert reports shall be served no later than August 20, 2004.
(D) Any expert depositions shall be completed no later than September 2, 2004.
