ORDER

Defendants move to dismiss the complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction and, in the case of defendant Obadiah, for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. No opposition has been filed.

The motion is granted on the ground of lack of personal jurisdiction. The Court declines to pass on Obadiah's alternative motion.

  The Clerk shall close the case.

  SO ORDERED.
