WHEREAS, the Plaintiff, Elaine L. Chao, Secretary of Labor, intends to submit sensitive and confidential individual account data as part of a Motion to Approve the Independent Fiduciary's Proposed Distribution of Plan Assets,

It is hereby ORDERED that when filing her Motion:
1. The Secretary shall submit such data under seal to this Court, and,
2. The Secretary shall provide copies of her Motion to all employee participants in the Hayden Wegman, Inc. 401(k) Plan with the individual account data redacted.

  IT IS SO ORDERED.
