ORDER

Plaintiffs move by order to show cause for an order either declarating that defendant Charles Neckers is represented by the Corporation Counsel and has answered the first amended complaint, etc., or extending the time within which to serve him and for other relief.

After hearing counsel today, the motion is granted to the extent that:

  1. The time within which to serve defendant Neckers is extended to and including July 16, 2004.

  2. The dates contained in paragraphs 4 through 7 of the Stipulation and Order, dated March 1, 2004, each are extended by 60 days.

  The motion is denied in all other respects.
