ORDER

On June 18, 2004, counsel for non-party Ron Beaumont ("Beaumont") filed a motion for a protective order seeking leave to adjourn his deposition to a date after July 9, due to a family medical emergency. On June 18, Bert C. Roberts, who had subpoenaed Beaumont, submitted a response consenting to Beaumont's request. As of today's date, the Court has not received any other submission addressing Beaumont's motion. It is hereby

ORDERED Beaumont's motion to adjourn his deposition is granted.

  IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall conduct this deposition the week of July 12, or as soon thereafter as the witness's circumstances will permit.
