Having received on June 30, 2004, an application by Director
Defendant Bert C. Roberts, Jr. ("Roberts") that Continental
Casualty Company show cause why an order should not be entered
compelling it immediately to advance defense costs to Roberts for
the Securities Litigation, it is hereby
ORDERED that a conference will be held on July 7, 2004 at 3:30
p.m. at the United States Courthouse, 500 Pearl Street, New York,
New York, in Courtroom 11B, to address this application.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that counsel for Roberts shall provide
notice of this conference to all parties in the above-referenced
seven actions and the Securities Litigation.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that counsel for Roberts shall promptly
serve the June 30 application and the memorandum of law in
support of his application on all parties in the Securities
Litigation and the above-listed seven related actions.
