ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT PRESBYTERIAN HOSPITAL'S UNOPPOSED MOTION TO DISMISS, WITH PREJUDICE
The Defendant, Presbyterian Hospital, having move the Court for entry of an order dismissing the complaint against it, with prejudice, the Court noting that counsel for the plaintiff does not oppose the motion and otherwise being fully informed in the premises;

  IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DECREED that the said motion should be, and hereby is GRANTED. Accordingly, the claims of Roberta Ward, individually and as representative of the Estate of Rolie S. Ward, Jr., deceased, against Presbyterian Hospital, are hereby dismissed, with prejudice.
